Polaroid Still Alive!

I'm loving this Polaroid application that turns photos into Polaroid style pictures.
Poladroid is an easy to use application that adds that Polaroid look to any JPG you throw at it. It’s available for both Windows and Mac. Basically Poladroid adds a white frame, the Polaroid color and Polaroid black vignette edge to any JPG you upload. You are given up to 10 treatments randomly, much like a real Polaroid. Just like the real thing, the ‘picture’ slowly develops right in front of your eyes. You can even shake your Polaroid which is supposed to make it develop faster – but just like the real thing, it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

Go and get it at www.poladroid.net

Thanks Jenn!

Crap I want but don't need...so go and buy it for me! Vol.1

Nike often refers to pop culture in its limited edition releases, but this one honors the 40th anniversary of one of the first trip to the moon. Even if conspirator's think the landing on the moon was shot on a sound stage, these kicks are dope!
The upper is comprised of mostly black leather with touches of quilted black nylon and metallic silver accents. A strip of the upper directly above the midsole is embossed with a crater-like pattern and a moon boot-evoking silver midsole completes the vibe. It's uncertain as to the exact release date, but the moon landing was July 21, 1969, so expect them this summer.
